Based on these interactions we then produce a detailed Process Definition Document (PDD) , and a Solution Design Document (SDD) that serves as a technical blueprint for your bespoke AI solutions.

Following the AI Audit, if you want to implement the recommendations we have identified, we engage in the next phase which is to start planning to define a clear, strategic path forward to implement AI technologies in your business.
We usually recommend starting off with a quick win - a simple AI Automation/Agent that can solve an identified pain point identified in the AI Audit process.


PHASE 3:
AI Agent Development & Integration
Leveraging the robust Google ADK and Google Cloud platform, we design and manage the end-to-end development and deployment of your custom AI agents.

Following this period, our flexible monthly support plans scale with your business, ensuring your AI agents and workflows remain optimized and effective as your needs evolve.
